Overview

One of the most well-liked and excellent adventure programs for thrill seekers is Thorong Peak Climbing. More than 30 minor peaks are accessible for Alpine climbing under Nepal Mountaineering Association, making this program friendlier and more successful. Although some of the laws and restrictions were developed by the government of Nepal, this Association controls the climbing of certain peaks. One needs a permit, an experienced climbing guide, and to work with one of Nepal's authorized trekking companies in order to climb this stunning and difficult peak. It is true that no prior climbing experience is required to reach the trekking peak. You must, however, be emotionally and physically prepared for this exciting journey.

The first mountain to the south of Thorong La Pas is The Thorong Peak. Most people who appreciate taking in the flora and fauna of expansive views of the Annapurna Himalayan range chose this hiking path. The most breathtaking mountain scenery, charming Gurung and other settlements with their slate-roofed homes, and amazing rhododendron forests can all be found along this path, which will make you smile in many ways. Thorang La pass, which has a height of 5416m, is the trek's highest point. About this region of Nepal, there are no available detailed maps. The only peak listed on the maps available for purchase is Khatung Kang 6488 m, which is not the mountain you can view and climb from Thorong La.Wonderful views of the Nilgiri Peak, Tilicho Peak, Dhaulagiri Range, Annapurna Range, landscapes of the Mustang region, and the canyon of the Kaligandaki Valley can be seen from this peak's summit.
