The Trekking Booking procedure with Touch The Himalaya typically involves the following steps:

  • Decide yourself and select a trekking route depending on your interests and level of fitness.
  • Agree with our Terms and CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING.
  • Then Confirm your reservation with Us in the next step.
  • In order to secure your reservation, you will normally need to provide us your personal information, including
    your passport copy, passport size picture  and essential papers you may have, such as your  travel insurance, and arrival and departure flight Itinerary.
  •  We have to process the trekking permission and documentation from Nepalese government depending on the Trekking route. For instance, Some Trekking routes requires a unique trekking permit known as the Restricted Area Permit (RAP), National Park permits, Conservation Area  Permits (CAP) and Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) Card as well as  we have to schedule and secure license guide and porters for your trek, For that its required  certain percent (10-15%) of Deposit, which you may pay through online booking system in this  website and bank transfer or via Western Union. The remaining bill, you can pay before Trekking departure. Credit card payment, Cash in Nepalese Rupees and other certain  currencies such as USD, Euro, GBP, IC, SGD, MYR, AUD etc. will be acceptable.
