Although his main profession is providing trekking services, Madan has gone beyond the usual profit-driven approach. Avinash Rimal has been the Marketing Officer at Touch The Himalaya Treks and Expedition since 2022. His responsibilities include crafting marketing strategies to highlight the company’s trekking packages, reaching out to potential clients, and increasing the company’s visibility both locally and abroad. Avinash takes special care in promoting unique trekking adventures in areas like the Manaslu, Annapurna, and Everest regions. His digital marketing expertise and communication skills have significantly contributed to the company’s growth and ability to attract a broader audience of trekkers.
Kaji Sherpa
A legend in the mountain climbing sector
Kaji, born in the Solukhumbu village of Nepal, just 70 km from Everest Base Camp, has over four decades of experience in trekking and mountaineering. His deep connection with the mountains and vast expertise have made him a highly respected guide in Nepal’s trekking community. Since 2005, Kaji has been leading major mountain expeditions, successfully climbing some of the most challenging peaks in the world, including multiple summits of Mt. Everest and other prominent Himalayan peaks. His career reflects his passion, resilience, and mastery of high-altitude climbing. Similarly, he has been doing mountain expeditions since 2005 and a few of them are as below :
Mt. Everest Expedition – 5 times (successfully summited)
Mt. Kanchenjunga Expedition -8,586 m meter expedition 2 times ( Nepalese 2nd height mountain) world 3rd highest Mountain.
Dhaulagiri – 8,167 m height -2 times.

Thakur Dahal is an honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and kind person with qualified tour and trekking Guides in the city & mountains such as vast knowledge of tourists & trekking guides. He started working in this field a long time ago as a porter, then assistant Guide for more than 2 years, gradually he became a professional & has vast knowledge about the Nepali geographical, religion, local culture & ethical groups. He is guiding our guests professionally to every corner of Nepal and he has the perfect way to brief the trekking and tour team. Ram Adhikari
Senior Trekking Leader
Ram was born and raised in the western part of Nepal. He is a tour and trekking leader. He has finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Tribhuvan University and has participated in various regions of trekking in Nepal as well as hospitality training. He has many experiences in taking our clients from different countries to Nepal’s high Himalayas. So, he is both a trekking and tour guide in Nepal. He has good communication skills in English and Chinese languages.
Rabin Neupane
Senior Trekking Leader
Rabin Neupane is a senior guide with TEA and has more than a decade’s worth of experience trekking having started out as a porter. Having a good level of English and an impressive knowledge of local and international political situations, you’ll love spending time with Rabin. He can thoroughly explain Nepal’s different cultures, rituals, and traditions of the different castes and tribes. Rabin is also part comedian cause he loves joking and laughing most of the time. He will make your time in Nepal a memorable one.
Arjun Neupane

Arjun is a senior government-certified mountain guide who has contributed his 17 years in the trekking industry. He started his career as a porter and now he is renowned as the trustworthy senior guide in the trekking industry. He is fluent in English and, a very gentle, caring, honest, and hardworking guy from the mountain region. He has earned a great knowledge of various cultures and religions of Nepal during his trekking period. He believes in the satisfaction of the guest and is known for his honesty and care.
Raju Dahal

Raju is known as one of the friendliest guides during trekking who has contributed his 7 years in the tourism industry. He has a vast knowledge of the trekking region of Nepal, as he is from the Manaslu area. His ease of working in varied situations and his ability to resolve issues is his strength, which he utilizes during the execution of trips. He is well trained by the Ministry of Tourism Board. He has good humor and communication skills, and surely make your journey pleasant. He is a trustworthy and honest guy because he prioritizes guests’ comfort and safety.
