Overview

In the Sagamatha area of Nepal, Mera Peak is a Himalayan mountain. The tremendous thrill of climbing Mera Peak is becoming more and more well-liked among trekkers and amateur climbers. You can experience trekking in a remote area of the Khumbu region while climbing Mera Peak to get a sense of hiking and climbing on snow.Although there is a maze of crevasses on the trail and there is a lot of snow, ascending Mera Peak, which is to the south of Everest, is a technically simple climb. As a result, the ascent to the top of Mera Peak may be difficult. The hike from Lukla to the base camp on Mera Peak is really rewarding, and climbing it is a very enchanted experience.

The Best Season to Hike the Mera Peak Trail


It is possible for everyone who is physically able to ascend on one of Nepal's most spectacular peaks with ease thanks to Mera Peak Climbing. The best times to embark on the Mera Peak Climbing expedition are from September to December and from March to June.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu arrival; transfer to hotel.


As soon as we arrive in Kathmandu, we take a transfer to the hotels where we brief the team members on the trip and complete the necessary paperwork and preparations.

Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu.


Visits to Pashupati and Swoyambhu temples are included in the sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. returning to the hotel to stay.

Day 3: Flight Kathmandu - Lukla then Trek to Thukdingma


You will soon reach at the Tenzing Hillary Airport in the mountain town of Lukla after taking off from Kathmandu, where we can camp or stay in a hotel.

Day 4: From Thukdingma to Tsetre

Day 5: Tsetre to Thaksingdingma


Trek to Thaksingdingma (3,500m) .

Day 6: Trek Thaksingdingma to Thagnak.

Day 8: Thagnak to Khare Trek.

What's included

  • Airport pick up and drop off by Car, jeep, Hiace or Bus. Depends on the number of arrives.

  • An experienced, English-speaking, government-licensed, first aid trained Manaslu special trekking guide and assistant guide (5 trekkers: 1 assistant guide).
  • Duffel bag, (to be returned after trip completion), complementary trekking maps. If needed down jacket and sleeping bag will be provided in rent.
  • Staff costs including their salary, insurance, equipment, transport, food and accommodation.
  • Rescue arrangements if necessary.
  • Basic First-aid kit (carried by your trekking guide).
  • All government and local taxes for Trekking, Agency service charge and government tax/vat.
  • Achievement Certificate.

What's not included

  • International airfare and Nepal visa fee.
  • Extra night accommodation in Kathmandu because of early arrival, late departure, early return from mountain (due to any reason) than in the scheduled itinerary.
  • Personal insurance which covers medical, emergency evacuation, loss or theft of property.
  • Personal gears and equipment.
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, hot showers, battery charging, Wifi, etc.
  • Entry fees and costs in sightseeing (temples, monasteries, etc).
